We offer a wide range of Drilling Grade Bentonite Powder which includes 4 or 9 Grade Bentonite Powder, 6 or 11 OCMA Grade Bentonite Powder, 10 or 13 Non Treated Bentonite Grade Powder. The Drilling Grade Bentonite Powder is used as a mud constituent for oil and water well drilling. Its roles are mainly to seal the borehole walls, to remove drill cuttings and to lubricate the cutting head. Our Drilling Grade Bentonite Powder has high swelling and good colloidal nature, which can increase the viscosity of suspension in the drilling mud and also can increase the lubrication of drilling, as well as for the rig-freeing agent. Drillers pump slurry of Bentonite, water and other additives down through the drill string. The fluid rises back up along the outside of the drill string, carrying the drill cuttings (soil and crushed rock) out with it. The binding of Bentonite to the cuttings aids in the removal of this debris. It is useful in the sealing of drill holes to avoid drill hole ruptures and seepage. Selected Bentonite of high quality, then through the purification, modification, processing we develop the Bentonite for drilling mud, whose quality meet international standards of OCMA and the API grade.
